More eggs - hope the Bunny came to your house!

Fun! Makayla loved the Bunny!

Makayla was up early Sunday morning to find the Easter Bunny had been to her house! She was tickled to find the Bunny had brought her plastic eggs filled with candy and money, a swimsuit and cover up, sandals, markers, crayons, a few outfits, and pajama's! Makayla was a very happy child after finding everything. After church we went over to my parents to take a family picture and to find that the Easter Bunny had been over there. Makayla, Brian and I all had gifts waiting for us - thank you Bunny! Lunch was at Grandma and Grandpa Hougland's! The Bunny had hid eggs outside - Makayla thought that was the best thing ever. That afternoon we moved on to Brian's parents for Easter dinner. The Bunny had hid eggs and candy and had a gift for all the grandkids - thank you Bunny!
It was a fun day of Bunny, family, and eating! Hope all of you enjoyed your Easter!

ENT update/family time/ Easter Bunny

Nothing to exciting this past week. Makayla had to see her ENT on Wednesday. After looking at her - she is having surgery May 6. Dr. Weir (ENT) will be putting T-tubes in both ears and removing her adenoid. He wants to remove her tonsils but Brian and I are not ready for that. His goal in removing the adenoid will give Makayla better breathing. This will hopefully help and she won't have to do a breathing treatment twice a day - every day. After this we pray she will only have to do a treatment when needed.
Makayla's first set of tubes (regular tubes) were placed in on May 7th, 2008 - exactly one year ago from this surgery. The T-tubes will hook in - which should stay in a little longer. I am sure she is will do GREAT! Recovery is about a week - this means I will be staying home with her!

Brian has been working several hours - 6 sometimes 7 days a week/10 hour days. It was nice to have him home Sunday. We, went to the mall as a family - looking for shoes and work pants for Brian and we had to see the Easter Bunny. Makayla was so afraid. She was okay until he waved at her and then she wanted to go home :) Maybe next year!
Kelley is coming home late tonight and staying until Monday! Everyone is excited to see her :) Lots of events planned for the Easter weekend!
We, will catch up after the holiday!
Hope all of you and your families have a Blessed Easter!
